Having read about various ways in which artists record time, landscape and environment I understood the need for consistency. Sightwriting allowed this while also capturing additional information
Sightwriting was something I discovered while reading "Bet Low: An Active Career by Jenny Brownrigg".
Low communicates visual and emotional elements felt in the landscape through descriptions and lists, to then later translate into artwork.
I began using this technique in my own practice.
